  • Christopher R. Glock, MD opened The Christian Hand Center in Terre Haute, Indiana, in 2007.  Committed to providing outstanding orthopedic care to the residents of Indiana’s Wabash Valley Region, Dr. Glock is board certified in orthopedic surgery and focuses exclusively on upper extremity issues. He’s specialized in hand surgery since 1998 and has extensive experience in successfully treating rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, olecranon bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, and virtually any orthopedic condition affecting the health and wellbeing of your upper extremities, from your collarbone to your fingertips. Dr. Glock sees people from all age groups and prefers to treat his patients with nonsurgical methods when possible, including: bracing, icing and anti-inflammatory medications, as well as guided physical and occupational therapy. If surgery becomes necessary, Dr. Glock is a highly skilled surgeon who excels in complex reconstruction techniques of the shoulders, elbows, hands, and wrists. To help ensure a successful result, Dr. Glock follows his patients throughout the crucial therapy phase that occurs after surgery. This talented orthopedic surgeon also specializes in arthroscopic surgery for shoulder issues. The arthroscopic method enables him to treat a wide variety of problems with minimally invasive techniques for great results and faster recoveries. Dr. Glock: Obtained his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine Completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan Furthered his surgical training through a fellowship program at the Christine M.
