• The Clothes Shop is a program of Winona Volunteer Services (WVS), a non-profit organization in Winona County. We are open to the public and would love to see you in our store shopping. Every sale generates revenue to support our programs and operations.The mission of the Clothes Shop is to:1.Provide low-cost high quality clothing to all income levels2.Provide FREE clothing to people in the Winona area in cases of an emergency3.Recycle non-sellable clothingVisit the WVS Clothes Shop today. New selections are put out daily. We offer the greatest selection of used clothing at fantastic prices. Tops and bottoms are only $2 bucks per piece!
