About Us

• The Little Gym of Potomac & Rockville has been providing a variety of physical education
  classes for children and parents for more than 35 years. The health and fitness
  center caters to children between the ages of 4 months and 12 years by
  presenting engaging activities in a fun environment. Your children will enjoy
  dance classes, karate classes, and gymnastics classes led by highly experienced
  instructors with magnetic personalities.

  While the décor may be whimsical and the classes seem like
  playing, the Little Gym fulfills a serious purpose. The physical activity in
  every program serves as a conduit for Three-Dimensional Learning, which seeks
  to instill pride and self-confidence in your children. The three dimensions

  • Get Moving:
    This consists of physical activities that will burn that seemingly endless
    energy and help to strength, balance, agility, and coordination.
  • Brain
    Boost: These exercises will help your child develop a love for learning by
    focusing on problem-solving, creative expression, and sustained concentration.
  • Citizen
    Kid: These classes teach the basic skills every child needs, such as
    sharing, listening, and working together.

  In addition to all the kids classes offered, the Little Gym
  specializes in numerous other family friendly activities. During the summer and
  winter months, you can send your child to a day camp guaranteed to keep them
  active. If your child has a birthday coming up, you can throw an awesome
  birthday bash right at the Little Gym. The instructors will create a day
  tailored to your child and handle all setup and cleanup duties. For parents
  looking to enjoy some adult time at the movies or out to dinner can drop their
