About Us

• The Meadows Health Center provides award-winning, short-term rehabilitation services, respite care, and long-term nursing home care, with priority admission given to Edgewood senior living community members as part of their LifeCare plan. We also welcome referrals from the community at large. Built as a skilled nursing center with both private and semi-private rooms, The Meadows’ inviting lounges, soothing home-like décor, and open-concept floor plan offer lots of natural light and views of our beautiful, countryside campus.
