About Us

• The Original Famous Pizza was established by the DiFazio family in 1975. We quickly made the Italian restaurant into one of the premier destinations for pizza, grinders, pasta, and more. After a generation of serving the bellies of Westerly, RI, we decided to step away from the business and sold our stake in the company in 2008. During that time away, we realized that The Original Famous Pizza was like a member of the family. We missed it greatly, and decided to reunite with their long-lost “family member.” Now we’re back! We will provide the fine tasting food you remember from The Original Famous Pizza. You can enjoy it in the large dining room of our new location, get it via take-out or delivery, or have us cater your next event.
