The third floor provides Assisted Living with 20 studio, 12 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments, with a total of 36 beds. This development features 117 total apartments available for rent across many unique floor plans and sizes. The project was designed by Chancey Design Partnership. Residents of The Watermark at Trinity enjoy amenities and services that support a carefree, fun-filled lifestyle. Our on-site amenities include lush gardens and nature paths, a movie theater, as well as a beauty salon and barber shop.
