Thomas Mayo Associates has a wide variety of experience in both large and small scale architectural projects, urban design and planning projects, urban revitalization and implementation planning, including Federal and State funding programs, transportation planning and facility design, development packaging, housing design, commercial office design, space planning and interior design, graphic design and construction. The firm is dedicated to the conservation of natural and man-made resources and has a diverse background in renovation and building rehabilitation projects ranging from a two-story residential addition employing innovative energy conservation and solar heating techniques, to a major urban revitalization project involving the creative reuse of underutilized downtown buildings. We have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, combining services provided by our own firm with those of associated consultants in such areas as engineering, economic feasibility, marketing, management, grantsmanship, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, and ecology to achieve high quality, implementable products.
