Based in Arlington, Texas, the firm's corporate office is located in the center of the Dallas Fort Worth area just fifteen minutes from the DFW International Airport which provides timely and economical access to clients and candidates across the country.
  
  The firm was established as a boutique retainer search firm working in the nonprofit industry with a specialization in the recruitment of development, advancement and management professionals.
