• Tiffany Chance Stuart is the owner of Tiffany’s Properties established in April 2010. She is a full-time, full-service REALTOR®, specializing in properties within Williamson and Travis County. She has lived in the Austin Area since 1985 and grew up in the Real Estate industry. Her grandfather and uncles were involved in land and development, while her mother was a Realtor/Broker and Owner. Tiffany started her career in the retail and restaurant industry, but eventually moved into home décor, starting her own business in interior decorating, re-design and staging. In 2007, Tiffany attained her Real Estate license and assisted in opening a franchise with her mother. In her first year, Tiffany closed 13 transactions, selling over 2.7 million dollars of Real Estate. She received Rookie of the Year in 2007. After several years there, she decided to open her own office. Tiffany is a successful Realtor and ‘Top Producer’ who continues to sell and rent several million dollars of Real Estate each year. Tiffany has been recognized by Stanford Who’s Who for her leadership and achievements in the Real Estate industry. She also serves on the Professional Development Education Committee and the Installation and Awards committee for the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABOR). Real Estate education is very important in order to provide you with the best service. That’s why Tiffany holds several designations and certifications to better serve you like, GRI, SRS, ABR, SRF and more. Tiffany is kept busy selling real estate and spending time with her family but finds time to contribute to the community through her involvement (past and present) in the Austin Board of Realtors® Installation and Award Committee, Big Brother Big Sister, Austin Junior Forum, Annunciation Maternity Home and Chamber of Commerce.
