  Tlc was started by Tom Noland in 2000. He started it from scratch; just himself and a truck. Delivering ultimate customer service was his vision and has always been the backbone of Tlc. Tom has spent years training at multiple schools and has received numerous certifications and awards by various trade associations including N.C.I, the state of Virginia and International Ground Source Heat Pump Association. Tom is a licensed HVAC Master Technician. Master Electrician, Master Gasfitter and holds a Class A contractors license. He is also a Class A builder.
