We are a family run business located in Anacortes Washington. Stephanie, one of our head trainers and our owner was actually afraid of dogs for most of her life until her mentor, Theodore Mark Stover (whom the company is named after) taught her how to understand dog language and empowered her to communicate with dogs from a place of confidence. For the last fifteen years we have continued that mission at TMS; helping people and dogs to communicate and connect in a healthy way!
