There are certain preventative maintenance type tasks/projects that are necessary for the building’s preservation, as well as its contents and preserving its use and market value. Some typical renovations/maintenance specific applications include; Deck rejuvenating, (pedestrian and vehicular), roofing, structural repairs/upgrades, modernization, safety issue upgrades, geothermal and solar energy source installations.
