  Personal Service - Because communication between TCC and the client is so important, there is a TCC foreman on site every day and there is a site inspection by the TCC project manager daily. So each client is able to get questions answered by a responsible member of the TCC team.
  
  Details - The details make the difference. TCC projects don't start until the products are selected and materials are ordered or delivered and inspected. Of course, clients always find a clean job site because it's safer for the client and the TCC crew.
