• Trakia translates to Thrace, an ancient civilization that occupied the current regions of Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Romania. Drawing inspiration from these country's cuisines we have created a menu that is both traditional and modern, fused with our love for New York style pizza. Centered on our belief of communal eating.
