Tranquil Tiger Qigong’s breathing course will help you gain a deeper understanding of your current breathing patterns and will teach you exercises help you improve your mental and physical well-being. This course can either be practiced by anyone either new to qigong, or someone with many years of qigong experience. It will be of great interest to anyone who is interested in improving their health and their mental and physical performance. This online class rotation begins February 5.
