As one of the only certified LEAP therapists in the area, our nutrition counseling covers way more than your typical diet and exercise routine. We offer a MRT blood test that will let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to over 120 different foods as well as food additives and chemicals. Finding this information out is crucial for treatment so we focus on eliminating symptoms instead of just treating them with other potentially harmful prescriptions. Independent studies have proven that the MRT test is the most accurate and comprehensive blood test for food and food additives/chemicals so you will never be in the dark about whether you're eating something that will cause a flair up or additional symptoms. Once we have established your allergies and sensitivities, we will formulate a nutrition plan based on your individual needs.
