True North Solutions is an outpatient counseling center that believes effective counseling must be built upon identifying individualized solutions and using evidenced based approaches that will truly offer the opportunity for change to occur. Our experienced staff partner with clients and their families to achieve wellness goals concerning mental health, substance use, relationships, stress, and life's other struggles. We offer on-site psychiatric services with our Board Certified Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and registered Nurse in order to provide a whole life approach to wellness and continuity of care. We have been providing services in the Peoria area for 20 plus years formerly known as Behavioral Health Advantages in conjunction with Fayette Companies.
