About Us

  • The USSD system is based on Shaolin Kenpo, a mix of karate and kung-fu. It contains elements of many other styles but is unlike any of them. We believe that anyone may learn how to safely defend themselves. Martial Arts Training: We teach Adults, Teens, Kids and Preschool (age 3-5).
