  Utopia River Retreat is your secluded paradise. We offer a transcendental Sabinal riverfront experience nestled in the Texas countryside. Our unique homestead in the Texas Hill Country includes 9 cozy cabins , 2 RV Hookups, as well as a historical home from the 1800’s for large groups. We also offer a Party Barn, a Rustic facility for weddings, reunions, and other events. Perfect for any occasion! You will lose yourself in quiet solitude and tranquility with the giant cypress and oak trees throughout the property, as well as native wildlife. As you relax and enjoy the view of the Sabinal River, you will find enchantment with each visit.
  
  Our cabin rental property is right down the road from The Frio River, Lost Maples State Park, Garner State Park, Concan, Leakey and more. You can go tubing down or swim in the Sabinal River or Frio River and also have the option to swim at Lost Maples, Garner, or our pool we have on the property. A few fun locations to visit while you are here would be; the Lost Maples Winery, The Medina Apple Store, Bandera Texas which is the Cowboy Capital of the world, Neal’s Lodges Restaurant in Concan, The Laurel Tree Restaurant, The Lunchbox, Saint Jo's Picnic and so many others.
  
  Here at Utopia River Retreat, you can enjoy sitting on your covered patio’s watching the local wildlife, sitting around your fire pits at night star gazing, playing volleyball, tetherball, or horseshoes, swinging off the rope swing into our crystal clear river, and playing water basketball or volleyball in our swimming pool.
  
  Our cabins are furnished with full kitchens, all dishes needed, Air Conditioners, Heaters, Coffee Pots, all towels and linens, full bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, BBQ pits, Fire Rings, and covered porches.
  
  Our rustic Party barn is always ready to host your next Wedding, Reunion, Birthday Party, or whatever event you would like to have, and is available for rent, even if you do not book the cabins to stay in.
