• "We service residential only. We do not install appliances. We do not sell parts over the counter or repair small appliances (mixers, hair straighteners, etc). We apologize for any inconvenience! My experience in the service industry has allowed me achieve a very high level of quality work. My employment as a Automotive technician in the past has given me a great knowledge of mechanics and diagnostic tools which I have put into use in the appliance repair field. I strive to learn more and produce quality service everytime. My customer appreciation means more to me than anything else and is what keeps me motivated in this line of work. I believe that honesty and reliability goes a long way and in return will receive respect. My location is out of the Plano/North Dallas area but will be willing to make service calls as needed in other surrounding areas. All repairs are guaranteed under the parts manufacturer's warranty. If there is any reason for a callback on a recent repair, it will be my first priority to ensure the customer is satisfied, rain or shine!
