  emphasizing the bridge between stylist and client. Supporting naturalists in
  their journey to embrace, style and manage chemical-free hair, Virtù Concepts
  offers continuing education courses for salon owners and independent contractors
  in the cosmetology industry throughout Ohio.In 2014,
  Jennea Dorsey-Gordley launched Virtù Concepts after seeing a shift in the way women care for their natural hair. Dorsey-Gordley is an educator
  who holds a deep passion for natural hair care, and for the past 10 years, she
  has been teaching and leading her students, mentees and clients to embrace and
  love their natural tresses. With Virtù Concepts, she strives to build a community and to
  serve a specialized market with integrity and respect.Virtù Concepts
  offers several hands-on training opportunities, specialized courses and
  workshops, educating stylists about texture recognition, product ingredients,
  styling options and variations, natural hair care basics, and laws and rules of
  Ohio’s State Board of Cosmetology. Most importantly, each course prioritizes
  developing a trusting, respectful relationship between the consumer and
