About Us

  • Hello All!! I have always helped fellow students in various subjects throughout High School and College, but I have not officially tutored until now. As a Premed major and community college student at Mt. San Jacinto College, I've faced the struggles that can discourage students, but a little guidance goes a long way. My goal is to make sure students understand, not memorize, and also to break the monotonous routine of lectures & textbooks. I prefer using outside resources and more entertaining approaches. I'm a very active person, on campus I am a Scholarship Officer of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society. In this role I find scholarship and volunteer opportunities for my fellow students for the purposes of strengthening their academic resumes for the future. Every Sunday I volunteer at the Riverside County Regional Hospital's Emergency room where I shadow doctors as they care for trauma patients and assist visitors in the waiting room with finding their loved ones' patient rooms. Community involvement is my motivation, and tutoring is another way for me to reach out and make an impact. My qualifications include a constant 3.8 GPA and A grades in all of the subjects mentioned here. I tutor the following subjects: -Algebra I & II -Spanish (All levels) -Chemistry (Genera & Organic) -Biology -English (Grammar, Proofreading, Essay Writing) Students can receive my help literally almost anytime over Summer 2017. I am willing to travel within a 20 mile radius. I will tutor students in Middle School all the way up to college, and I certainly don't mind tutoring older students returning to college after some time. I prefer in-person sessions but am willing to do online as well. I can't wait to help students achieve their goals and learn to love education as I do!
