• Dr. Neil cares for individuals of all ages, providing preventive care and helping to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. She is skilled with osteopathic manipulation therapy. She earned her degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her residency at Forbes Hospital, Allegheny Health Network, Pittsburgh.
