Our Home provides a family atmosphere with a wooded country setting, beautifully landscaped with angel gardens, pond, and abundance of wild life. Our home is a Wisconsin State Licensed, 4 bed, Adult Family Home, handicapped accessible and handicapped equipped. Our mission is to provide exceptional residential care for seniors exhibiting pronounced frailty or chronic health conditions that require assistance with daily activities and health maintenance. Our objective is to make our residents part of our extended family in a safe, loving home environment. Working side by side with our extended family members, we partner with their families, medical professionals, and other health care providers to achieve each individual’s desired “Quality of Life”. We service seniors, 60 + , and frail elderly, with chronic health issues, physical and mental disabilities, irreversible dementias, respite, and others compatible with our extended family.
