The Owner-operator is Dr. Margaret L Thorp, a graduate of Michigan State Veterinary School. She is also a member-owner of Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Copley on Cleveland Massillon Road. We understand and share your love for animals and strive to give you peace of mind while your pet is in our care. We believe in educating and involving you in the care of your pet, thus creating a loving, trusting bond while affording the greatest possibility for your pets good health, happiness, and long life. Our dedicated veterinarians and clinic staff are the foundation of our team approach to lifetime compassionate care of your companions. Our doctors are committed to staying abreast of the latest clinical information available. Coupled with ready access to specialists, state-of-the-art surgical suites and 24 hour emergency care through our associate hospital, Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital, we provide a unique, comprehensive approach to your pets health and well-being. Most of our surgeries are performed at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital. There is also a wide range of veterinary specialists at Metropolitan, for cases that require special expertise. Bath Veterinary Clinic offers boarding to their clients. We believe in socialized play for our boarders and most of them enjoy days of playing and running in our large outdoor play areas. We also offer day boarding (Doggy Daycare). This is very popular for clients with younger pets who don’t want to come home to the wild antics of well-rested very active pets. We help tucker them out by providing fresh air and exercise. We also help them learn to play well with others. We also provide grooming.
