Bellaire Pavers is the masonry division of Rangel Construction Services and installs custom patios, patio covers, outdoor kitchens, and custom pools. We believe in quality and have designed and built some of the best projects that Houston has to offer. Bellaire Pavers provides a free design consultation to qualified customers looking to improve their outdoor living space. The consultation involves looking at the project and finding out what the custom is looking for, discussing any questions the customer has, looking at a portfolio of projects we have completed, and drawing the project to scale. Once it has been drawn, a formalized quote will be given. If the project is sold, then we will help with any Home Owner's Associations, Permits, and provide blueprints of the project for construction.
