• MUSC Health - Primary Care - Lake City offers care or patients of all ages - from infants to seniors. We manage the health of your entire family, and provide preventive and diagnostic care for both acute and chronic illnesses, to help achieve and maintain good health. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, we also provide services to include routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization, sports physicals and screening tests.
