Snyder, Sr. opened his King Street funeral home in downtown Lancaster, three generations of Snyders have served Lancaster County families in their time of loss. He made sure that every employee commit to and preserve this ideal, a tradition carried on by his son Charles “Chip” Snyder, Jr., the current president of the funeral home, and his grandson Charles “Chad” Snyder III, the general manager.
