• Chic by Christina is the creation of Christina Russo, a Rhode Island native and now New York ER nurse with a passion for creating vibrant, handmade bracelets that traverse the color spectrum and overflow with character as unique as each individual wearer. As a nurse, Christina has a front-row seat to the challenges, joys, and heartbreaks of others, an appreciation of each day, and a desire to help in whatever way she can. The challenges faced by her patients became personal for Christina in 2016, when her dad was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. It was because of this that Christina found the purpose for her bracelets. Initially donating 10% of each sale to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Christina has chosen to expand the scope of giving back to include any charity of the buyer's choice, as each individual may have a cause that is important to them. ​ Her creations utilize a variety of gemstones, that are often augmented by an array of sterling silver or 14-carat gold-plated charms. This allows the wearer to have an accessory to match the vibe of any occasion. ​ Through her bracelet brand, Christina has been able to combine her lifelong love of fashion and creativity with her compassionate desire to help others.
