• About Us I've been working in insurance since 1970, including three years at an independent firm, before purchasing my Allstate agency in 2005 at my husband’s suggestion. He had been an Allstate representative since 1999 in Naperville. Today, my office is family-run with a staff that has worked in insurance their entire careers. My husband, Dennis, assists part-time as a retired Allstate representative. It was important to the original owner of my agency that we stay in the Lockport community, which has allowed me to establish many business connections and support some great, local organizations. I'm a member of the Lockport Chamber of Commerce and a member of the advisory board for Bridges to a New Day, an organization that supports survivors of domestic violence by providing them with free counseling. My agency has also supported the Lockport Resource Center over the years with our time and resources. Outside of the office, I enjoy exploring the area and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I have one dog, Duffy, and we love walking him around the neighborhood. On weekends, I visit the farmers market in Frankfort or drive out to Starved Rock Park. The beach is a favorite getaway of mine, so we try to travel to North Carolina in the summer for rest and relaxation. I became an Allstate representative because I knew I wanted to be my own boss and grow a small business in the Lockport community. My staff and I are here to help local families and get answers for them. I hold three insurance degrees from the insurance institutes and am the vice president of the National Association of Professional Allstate Agents. My commitment to this industry and community helps me assist local families in protecting what matters most to them.
