• Cotner & Superior Pet Care in Lincoln, NE are both owned by Dr. Otto. The Superior Pet Care is located on the north side of Lincoln and Cotner Pet Care is located in the Piedmont Shopping Center. Dr. Otto has put together a caring and compassionate team which all have the goal of minimizing pain, fear, and stress for all the animals in our care.
