• We have two sizes of units to choose from, 5X15 is $50 per month with a $10 deposit for the lock and keys. 10X25 is $115 per month with a $15 deposit for the lock and keys. Leases are from month to month and pro-rated on the move in date. The deposit is refundable when the unit has been cleaned out and the lock and keys are returned. If you pay 6 months in advance you get 1 month free. If you pay a year in advance you get 2 months free.
