• Derek has been in the mortgage business for 15 years, after starting his career as a teacher in Philadelphia, PA. He moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2000 to raise his two children. He has a beautiful wife, Bridget, and they have been married for 21 years. Derek has been ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the United States each of the past 6 years, and averages over 200 loans closed per year.
