• About Us Diligence Insurance Agency is an Allstate agency that is located inside the Casey Auto Group. With office locations at each Casey dealership, we are a full-service agency that offers over 50 years of insurance experience to both dealership customers and the general public. Our agents are local people that have a great understanding of the residents in their community, which allows them to provide customers with an outstanding level of service including the ability to speak with a live agent from 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.
