Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology? I had chosen this specialty because the gastrointestinal tract is a deceptively simple organ with many fascinating secrets and mysterious interactions waiting to be unveiled. Do you have a specialty of interest within GI? I chose liver diseases, especially viral hepatitis because of the earnest desire to make a concrete difference in the lives of my patients.
