Practicing at Summit and Ankle, a native of Payson, Utah, Dr. Riley is happy to return and serve his home community that gave so much to him. Dr. Riley attended Kent State University, followed by a surgical residency in Indiana specializing in arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, trauma and limb reconstruction and salvage. Dr. Riley is board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine with a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Amputation Prevention & Wound Care, as well as board qualified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
