Tina was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She traveled as a nurse and worked locally for many years before returning to Arkansas State University to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
