Elkchester Trucking Company is a family owned and operated dry van and flatbed truckload carrier based in Lexington, KY. Founded in 2003 by Alvin S. Haynes and Mitchell D. Haynes with a group of eight owner operators and 50 trailers, Elkchester has grown into a well respected transportation provider across Kentucky, the Midwest and Southeast areas of the United States. Elkchester Trucking Company currently has 35 power units and 150 dry van, flatbed and step deck trailers serving major Fortune 500 and individual customers across the United States. We are large enough to handle colossal shipments but small enough to provide a personal touch to our customers.
