• Dr. Frank Phillips is an Orthopedic Surgeon who focuses on the spine, back and neck. He specializes in minimally invasive cervical and lumbar reconstructive surgery and is an expert in motion preserving procedures. Dr. Phillips is founder and board member of the Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. He is currently a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Director of the Division of Spine Surgery at Rush University Medical Center.
