• Grand View Estates premiered in 1998 as the first assisted living center in Jo Davies County. With twenty-three apartments, there are several floor plans to choose from. Apartments with square footage of 440 sq ft ,520 sq ft ,and 600 sq ft have one bedroom. Larger units with square footage of 880 and 900 have two bedrooms. All of our apartments are completely handicapped accessible, have walk-in showers, ample closet space and storage space, and full kitchens and living rooms. These apartments accommodate a wide variety of living preferences, with plans available for singles and couples. Residents furnish apartments with their own belongings, make each unit unique and individualized. Our full time manager provides wellness assessments and supervises each resident's needs. On-site staff is here 24 hours a day to provide assistance and peace of mind for each resident. A convenient call system is a secure way for staff to be alerted when assistance is desired, while still enabling residents to maintain their privacy and dignity. Delicious, nutritious meals are provided for the noon and evening means with an optional continental breakfast. A spacious dining and main living room area is available for residents to enjoy the beautiful scenic view of the area's hills and meadows. Social events and activities are available for each resident's choosing and family members are always welcome to visit. Each apartment also includes at no additional charge, bi-weekly housekeeping services, weekly linen changes, water, gas, electricity, interior and exterior maintenance, cable, television, vehicle parking, and emergency call system.
