Growing up the son of a single mother I learned from a early you have to do things yourself, so I have always had a hammer, saw, or wrench in my hands In 2005 my wife and I decided to put some of my skills I had learned growing up to use. So got into real estate investing with both rentals and flipping properties. Doing this we did anything from electrical to plumbing to carpentry or tile work, we did it... After the real estate collapse, we concentrated on our careers. We grew within our company and as our jobs expanded so did our family, we decided to add a 1000 sq for addition with a in ground pool to our moon twp home... But ... We would do it ALL ourselves. We can honestly say WE BUILT a house, and conquered the challenges of working with a old home at the same time. Talking with friends and neighbors we saw a need for my skills.
