• The International Center for Limb Lengthening (ICLL) of the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, Maryland is a global leader in limb lengthening and deformity correction, providing comprehensive orthopedic treatment to children and adults from all 50 states and more than 60 countries. The Center specializes in successfully treating complex orthopedic problems, even when previous treatments at other centers have failed. Orthopedic surgeons from around the world come to learn from our team of expert, fellowship-trained surgeons, Dr. John Herzenberg, Dr. Shawn Standard, Dr. Janet Conway, Dr. Christopher Bibbo, Dr. Noman Siddiqui, Dr. Michael Assayag and Dr. Philip McClure. Conditions treated at the ICLL include upper and lower limb length discrepancies, limb deformities, fractures, nonunions, malunions, bone defects, bone and joint infections, foot and ankle deformities, Perthes disease, clubfoot, radial club hand, Charcot and diabetic foot deformities, congenital femoral deficiency, proximal femoral focal deficiency, fibular hemimelia, ankle arthritis, achondroplasia and other types of dwarfism, and short stature (cosmetic lengthening) among other conditions. We use cutting-edge technology and the latest proven techniques to treat our patients’ complex orthopedic conditions. The International Center for Limb Lengthening is located on the second floor of the Schoeneman Building of Sinai Hospital. Some of our doctors also see patients on the first floor of Sinai Hospital's Morton Mower Building, at LifeBridge Health at Foundry Row in Owings Mills, at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown and in Westminster.
