In Japanese, the name ‘Inyodo’ means “the way of Yin and Yang,” representing balance, interconnection and mutual dependence. Here, it is a study in relation to an opponent. An opponent is necessary to prove a technique, in the form of success or failure. Our goal is to learn from both without emotional attachment. For each student who walks through our doors, we will support and inspire you to achieve your personal best, working towards a blackbelt both on the mat and in life. As we train together, we also bring out the best in each other, building confidence and community.
