Jam Hops has been honored to serve children and their families in Ham Lake and the surrounding communities for over 15 years. We offer children in the north twin city metro area instruction excellence in gymnastics, dance, cheer and in our academic preschool. We have two locations in Ham Lake conveniently located on and just off Hwy 65. One of the unique things about Jam Hops is that not only do we offer many weekly programs for children; gymnastics, dance, cheer and academic preschool but we also offer many extra activities to keep them busy.
