About Us

Jersey Strong Middletown is located in the Bottle King shopping Plaza on Route 35 South, just south of the Kings Highway Exit. It is conveniently close to three Garden State Parkway exits (exit 117, 114 and 109). It is the gym of choice for multiple towns in the area including Middletown, Holmdel, Hazlet and Union Beach. The facility has been both expanded and renovated since it was first opened.
