Dr. Farah specializes in caring for individuals with digestive disorders, including inflammatory bowel diseases, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and microscopic colitis. She is skilled at advanced endoscopic procedures, feeding tubes, and fecal transplants. She is chief quality officer in the department of gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at Allegheny Health Network (AHN). Dr. Farah earned her degree at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. She completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
