• Dr. Keith L. Perkins Jr. specializes in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, transforming the lives of patients in Selmer, Tennessee. He attended Meharry Medical College in Nashville, which is well-known for training highly qualified primary care physicians. He also completed his dual internal medicine and pediatrics training at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center- Memphis. Dr. Perkins believes that his success is determined by how many lives he can change, and he is passionate about building relationships with his patients. He also understands the challenges that most patients face in finding affordable, quality health care with a physician that truly cares. Dr. Perkins puts his patients’ needs first and giving them the time and attention they deserve. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, gospel music, learning about history and politics, and working out. He has been married to his wife, Grace, since 2008 and loves spending time with his two lovely daughters.
