• Ladynez Espinal, MD, is a board-certified practitioner of obstetrics and gynecology, providing unsurpassed service to her patients at Lady’s Care Center in Miramar, Florida. Dr. Espinal studied microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami. She earned her medical degree at MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine, now Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia. She did her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Atlanta Medical Center. Dr. Espinal believes in holistic medicine and aims to treat the root cause of any issue. She practices what she preaches and takes a preventive approach first, starting most patients on natural therapies before moving on to other methods.  Dr. Espinal is one of a handful of female surgeons offering cosmetic vaginal revitalization treatments in the United States. She offers most treatments and surgeries on-site, but also holds affiliations with nearby hospitals and clinics, like the renowned practice of DiGeronimo MD Advanced Plastic Surgery in Miami. Dr. Espinal is licensed to provide groundbreaking treatments like the O-Shot®, MonaLisa Touch®, Votiva by InMode, and Novasure®. As a respected member of her field, Dr. Espinal has given interviews for various health segments on Channel 10 News, Telemundo, and Univision. She is an active member of various professional organizations like the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists. She has spoken at prestigious institutions like Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, about her professional experience as a single mother.
