We have special expertise in matters of real estate, family law, elder law, estate planning and estate administration. When our clients need specialized legal services in other areas, we have a network of skilled colleagues with whom we affiliate to meet those needs. We have long standing loyal relationships with many clients who have been served by us over the years and who refer family members and friends to us.Our staff has substantial experience and loyalty. Michael J. Levey, our ?senior partner? has been with the practice for 32 years. Cheryl Webber, our office and financial manager, has been with the firm for 30 years. Diane Poulin, the paralegal in charge of our real estate department, has been with the firm for 29 years. Other staff (attorney Sally Wagley, legal assistant Donna Pelletier and paralegal Celeste Gaylord) have been with the firm for ten years or more.Michael J. Levey has practiced law for 36 years. He started with this practice in 1976. He serves clients in all areas of general practice, and has a concentration in family law and real estate. In 2006 he was recognized by the Supreme Court of Maine and by the Maine State Bar Association with awards for his work in the area of family law. Sally M. Wagley has been in practice for more than 23 years, having worked as an attorney for public and nonprofit agencies, serving older and disabled people. For the last 10 years, she has been in our practice concentrating in the field of elder law, estate planning and estate administration. She is a leader in the field of elder law, having served as a co-chair of the Maine State Bar Association Elder Law Section.
