Both of my grandmothers were nurses, so a career in caring for others was instilled in me when I was young. I’m married to my husband, Ed. We have two grown sons who have left home but live close by. I earned my graduate nursing degree from Kent State University. I am certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
